How does Arcencore verify that a project milestone is complete?

Before work starts, everyone agrees what proof each milestone needs. As work happens, the project team uploads documents and site photos, satellite images and sensor data are added where available, and an independent auditor reviews the evidence, visiting the site when needed. The lender then sees a clear record of what has been proven and what is still missing.

Does Arcencore replace the lender’s technical advisor or independent engineer?

No. Arcencore is the evidence record around them. Independent engineers and technical advisors can carry out their reviews on the platform, with their findings linked to the evidence they checked. Their professional judgement stays theirs.

Does Arcencore hold or release project funds?

No. Arcencore never holds or moves money. The bank or insurer makes its own decision using the record, and Arcencore keeps the evidence that supports it.

Who can see a project’s evidence?

Only the people the project allows: usually the project owner, the lender or insurer, the assigned auditors and, where required, regulators. Each person sees what their role needs.

How is this different from a progress report?

A progress report is written by the people doing the work. Arcencore links every claim to the evidence behind it, has it checked by someone independent and keeps the full history, so you can always see what a decision was based on.
