About Arcencore

The people who pay for big projects often can’t see what’s really happening. We’re building a neutral, independently checked record so they can.

Why we started

Big projects bring together contractors, auditors, lenders and government bodies, but the systems they rely on were never designed to keep one clear record from start to finish. When paperwork is scattered and nobody can see the full trail, risk goes up, not because anyone means harm, but because of the gaps. Arcencore was created to close those gaps.

What we are, and what we’re not

We’re not a consulting firm, a regulator or a project management tool. We don’t hold money, issue certificates or make decisions for anyone. We keep the evidence, coordinate independent checks and make the record available to the people who are allowed to see it.

How we’re building

Carefully. We put neutrality, accuracy and clear rules ahead of speed, and we automate the paperwork so people can focus on judgement. We’re starting with a small pilot in construction and mining, so we can prove it works in the real world before we grow.

What we believe

Five ideas guide everything we build

They shape how the platform works, who we partner with and what we will never do

Whoever does the work shouldn’t be the only one checking it

Doing the work, checking the work and paying for the work stay in separate hands

Evidence beats opinion

Decisions should rest on records anyone can trace, not on who tells the best story

Records shouldn’t change after the fact

Once something is submitted, its history is kept, so the basis for every decision can be checked later

Automate the busywork

Software should do the chasing, matching and reporting, so people can focus on the judgement calls

Trust is earned slowly

We’d rather grow carefully and be relied on than move fast and be doubted
