How it works · Collecting evidence

Every piece of evidence,
in one place, with its history.

Apply for the pilot

A project produces evidence in lots of places: contractor updates, inspection reports, permits, photos, spreadsheets, consultant reports, sensor readings and government records. Usually it ends up scattered across inboxes and folders.

Arcencore brings it together and links each piece to the stage of the project it belongs to and the requirement it helps prove. Instead of a folder full of files, you get a record that shows what was claimed, what supports it and what’s still missing.

What we collect

Evidence comes from several sources, so no single report tells the whole story:

Permits & plans

Progress reports

Photos & site records

Auditor reviews

Satellite images

Sensor readings

Regulatory requirements

Each item records when it was submitted, where it came from and who submitted it.

Why the history matters

Once evidence is submitted, it’s stored so it can’t be quietly replaced or rewritten. If a decision is questioned later, you can see exactly what it was based on. Keeping a file safe doesn’t prove it was true in the first place, which is why we also compare sources and use independent auditors.

Arcencore is not a regulator, certification body or financial institution. It does not hold funds, issue certifications or make decisions on behalf of its users.
